HGH Triggers - Natural Triggers To Increase The Production Of HGH

First trigger: L-Arginine, a semi-essential amino acid.


L-Arginine in its pure form can naturally trigger the pituitary gland to increase the production of HGH. As we age, the pituitary gland reduces the production of HGH to begin the aging cycle by going into a dormant state. L-Arginine has the capability to awaken the pituitary gland and make it more active. Now there are some things to avoid in order to ensure that L-Arginine is triggering the pituitary gland to produce HGH versus performing other functions. The interesting thing about L-Arginine is that it performs different functions depending upon on how it is consumed. I started this section by stating “L-Arginine in its pure form” because it is only in its pure form and away from proteins and carbohydrates that L-Arginine can trigger the body to increase the production of HGH. When L-Arginine is combined with protein, it acts as a precursor to the assimilation of protein by the body. In other words, it helps the body assimilate protein versus triggering the body to produce HGH. When L-Arginine is consumed with simple carbohydrates,
it does nothing because the carbohydrates will be released into the bloodstream as glucose, which then will trigger the body to produce insulin. The presence of
insulin in our body will prohibit our body from producing HGH and either neutralizing or minimizing our results. In their book Life Extension, Durk Pearson and Sandy Shaw recommend three grams of pure L-Arginine or combined with Taurine, an organic acid widely distributed in animal tissues and it is essential for cardiovascular function, to trigger the pituitary gland to produce HGH naturally.

Second trigger: Adaptive micro-trauma, the “pump.” 

Adaptive micro-trauma, the pump (or inflammation) is the
result of Peak Effort Training. Peak Effort Training (PET) is a fitness concept that I used to design the exercise routines included in my method. PET combines ballistic and anaerobic exercises to stress the muscles, draining them of stored
energy and creating tears within the muscle groups being targeted. These small muscle tears are the adaptive microtrauma and will trigger the body to begin the post-workout repair process by sending, for lack of a better analogy, the
construction crews to rebuild the damaged muscle. Some doctors within the medical industry view the process of muscle repair that occurs after peak effort training as rejuvenation. The reason that some doctors view this process as
rejuvenation is because one of the hormones that make up these construction crews is HGH. When you perform these types of workouts, you will trigger the body to produce HGH. And when you increase the production of HGH on a daily basis, your body will experience a chronological SHIFT to a younger and healthier you. 

 

Third trigger: Exercising at 70 to 75 percent of your max.
